After having a better understanding of your overall vibe and vision, we'll put together a proposal for you outlining everything on your wish list. We'll also suggest ways you can maximise your flower budget.
You'll be able to accept your proposal online where you will be asked to pay a retainer and sign our booking agreement, after which your date will be locked in and Bloom & Bush will officially be part of your wedding day! (yay!)

When you book with us, we'll let you know when you can expect to hear from us in the lead up to your day to see how you are and if there is anything you need. We'll have your final design review approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the day to go over all of the design elements again and finalise your order (your day is almost here!)

It's your wedding day and we are so excited for you! If you have booked our Full Service option, we will work with your wedding vendor team to bring your day to life and ensure everything is perfect! We deliver your wedding party flowers (we'll even show you how to hold your bouquet), set up your ceremony & reception florals.
For our Design and Collect couples, you will be able to collect your flowers at the time confirmed with you from our floral studio.
Then all you need to do is enjoy every single moment! It is going to be beautiful!

our wedding services & what you can expect
Our Full Service Wedding Design includes everything flower related on your wedding day - wedding party flowers, ceremony flowers & reception flowers. We deliver all of your wedding flowers on the day and set up the ceremony & reception flowers at your venue. We often remain onsite throughout the ceremony to repurpose your ceremony flowers and we can include that in your proposal if needed. Wherever possible we design arrangements so that they are yours to keep, however if pack down is required, this is usually the day after, unless otherwise requested by your venue.
Our minimum spend for Full Service Weddings and Elopements is $3,500. Our Design and Collect service has a minimum spend of $2,000. This is to ensure that we can provide you with only the highest quality flowers and offer you personal and exclusive service. Our prices are carefully considered and based on our floral style which is lush with abundant floral, as well as our expertise and industry knowledge which ensures that your experience with us is professional and stress free.

We understand that sometimes your original vision changes and for this reason we schedule a design review approximately 6 - 8 weeks prior to the day to go over all of the details again. At this time we can add items and/or redirect budget from one item to another. We'll also reconfirm your design and the logistics of the day. Please note that as part of our terms & conditions, once your booking agreement has been signed, we do not allow any changes that would mean a reduction in the total value of your booking.
CAN WE MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?
To ensure the service we provide is personal, we book a limited number of weddings each year with only one wedding booked on any given day. Most couples book once they have a good idea of their design, which is usually 6-12 months in advance.

Once we have all of this information we can provide you with a floral proposal which will include everything on your wish list and/or we can offer suggestions on how you can get the most impact from your flower budget. You will be able to accept your proposal online and after you have paid the retainer and signed our booking agreement, your wedding date will be locked in and Bloom & Bush will officially be your wedding florist!
